•ROLEPLAYING•
If you are new to roleplaying, you are probably wondering what it is. RolePlaying (RP) is when you take on the characteristics of another creature. In my game, we are canines/wolves. There are two differnt ways to RP, in first person or third person.
First Person RP is when you narrate your post as if you are in the mind of the character, e.g.
My eyes gazed at the sun painting it's final colours in the darkening sky. Tears rolled down my ebon mask as I revisited the past... My mate was with me, we shared another glorious moment together infront of the sunset when the bear came out of no where. My mate tried to defend himself and take on the giant beast, but to no prevail. The bear struck my beautiful soul mate to the ground. His final breath seeped slowly out of his gentle lips as he let his eyes close slowly and gently in the direction of my figure.
and RP as Third Person would be more like this:
A lone wolf watched quietly as the sun painted it's final colours in the darkening sky. Tears rolled down her ebon mask as she revisited the past... Her mate had been with her, they had shared another glorious moment together infront of the sunset when the bear had come out of no where. Her mate had tried to defend himself and take on the giant beast, but to no prevail. The bear had struck her beautiful soul mate to the ground. His final breath seeping slowly out of his gentle lips as he let his eyes close slowly and gently in the direction of his love.
Things are explained differently depending on which you choose. But be sure not to keep switching back and forth. The third part to the joining password is 'Y'. If you choose to RP as the third person to not start saying things like "My eyes flicked angrily as the rude Duchess walked passed ignorantly" because this just confuses people. (All these posts were just random so don't think that have anything to do anything.)
